Greetings Selma,
Actually you can only have a "video call" (video -and- voice) but Messenger actually allows
you to "Show" your webcam to as many people as you want (no audio).
However, you will need to open a separate conversation window to each person and then
initiate the "Show my webcam" option. If you can't find the option, click the Actions menu
in a conversation window (or press Alt and A on the keyboard if the menu is hidden), choose
Video and then choose Show my webcam.
