Can you manually update computers from Internal WSUS?

I was wondering if it were possible to manually update computers from the
internal WSUS server like you can when you go to Start>Programs>Windows
Update?

This plays when we roll out a new PC, I would like to see it updated
immediately and not wait for the group policy to run.

Any suggestions on how I could accomplish this with out going out to
microsoft's site would be helpful.

We have limited bandwidth and this would help.
