where can you report bugs to Microsoft?

Where can you report Vista bugs to Microsoft? I am thinking
particularly of the net connection diagnose and repair feature which
doesn't do anything, unlike XP where it deactivated and reactivated
the adapter forcing it to work.

Also when will SP1 be released, the beginning of next year or the
summer, and what sort of features (apart from bug fixes) will it have?
Currently I have big problems with my HP Officejet 7310 printer, also
SSL has changed so Agent and Eudora don't work properly. I read
somewhere about SP1 improving printer support.

Replies to newsgroup please.

SP-1 is probably going to be released the first quarter of 2008,
probably nothing more specific until Beta testing is finished and
release is imminent.

As for printer support, do not expect it.
What has HP said when you asked them about your printer and how they
plan to support Windows Vista?

To contact Vista technical support about a problem or concern (i.e. more than
giving feedback to MSFT) go to this email form page.
