Cancelled Windows Update

Update KB926295 critical update for windows live toolbar 3.01 is marked as
cancelled in my update history with error 80244000B.I am unable to trace this
update, in order to download it in the windows site, or trace the meaning of
the error.I am running Vista 32 bit home premium.All help gratefully

I just want to add that I have the same problem. I just bought a new
computer today and was trying to install all the updates and got the exact
same error. Help!

After a month of waiting for a re-distributed update, I attempted to install
the critical product myself. After following a couple methods, I get the
error 2738 and will not complete the install. This is without further
instructions or help. So here I am with people that are having same problem.

Well, is there room for one more in this boat? Hopefully MowGreen will come
