Cannopt find Autoimatic Update features in windows Server 2003

When i try to find windows automatic updates snapin in windows server 2003 standard OEM edition i cannot find it!!!!
Can someone explain why??????
I followed the guide's instruction but i cannot find it in the system properties
control panel->system-> NOTHINGH about automatic updates...
please help
