i cannot for 2-days, download Cummulative Sec. Update 7.0

error after error ..a constant reminder to restart my p.c. my goodness. I
have never had this problem.
Now that I look back, its very first attempt failed ! anyone know anything
about this..it says it installed, but shows 0 kbs. 0 time.
