After clicking on priority or custom updates I get the page saying "The
website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying
to view. Error number: 0x80240030
I got all priority updates on 13th June 2006,but after that it was no longer
possible to get to the page that say's there are no priority or software or
hardware updates for your computer at the moment.
I tried MS's suggestion of Removing invalid characters from the proxy
exception list and then clearing the proxy cache but it did'nt make any
difference.
Could someone tell me if it is just a matter of waiting for July's updates
and then everything should be back to normal, please, in other words: is
Microsoft having another one of its"OFF MONTHS". Thank you.
