I have windows xp sp3 and i cannot access windows updates at all since
microsoft asked me to installed an add-on. It was changing from Windows
Update to Microsoft Update.

I was available to access Windows Updates but not Microsoft update.

Is where a way that i can update??

So - when you reboot, log back in and go to
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ using Internet explorer --> what
happens/what specific message do you get?

What version of Internet Explorer?

Is Automatic Updates enabled?

Your post is confusing: Can you not access
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com at all or does that link take you to
Windows Update instead of Microsoft Update?

Hi

Once i have rebooted my machine, i logged into windows and went on the
windows update site and it is taking ages to load the updates but it will not
load them. I haven't seen the error message yet.

I am using Internet Explorer 7.0.5730.13
