cannot access user account...Error...Object Expected

Hello...
i am experiencing a problem as i cannot go into control panel and select
user accounts...
When i do that works but when i click on the account i want to manage i get
an error object expected.

Firstly i was geting an error something like...degub type one so then what i
done is...

then i went into msconfig and expand....then i restored file
"useracnts.cpl"(((this is not the exact filename as i forgot)))).
i restored it to system 32 from the I386 folder in the XP CD ROM...


please can someone helpp!!!
