Cannot add contacts in WLM , contact list full

Hi i cannot add contacts in WLM as it says my contact list is full when i
have only 110 contacts.

The person can still talk to me but it will appear as
"". I can see them on my contact list but they are
permantely offline and i cannot send offline messeges to them. To talk to
them they need to start a conversation with me first.

Any sugguestions? i already tried deleting the stuff in contacts folder,
Cocuments and settings/user/ etc. ...

What is the exact message it's giving you? Certainly you can have more than 110 contacts.

I removed some contacts and i still it still says the same thing and i don't
have more than 110 contacts. Could it be windows live email problem ? Because
it says the my address book is full when i also try to add a new contact.

i have exactly the same problem, i can't add new contacts, deleted 10 contacts and still i can't
as i know limit is 1500 contacts and i have 150
i can't add but other people can add me. then they are appearing offline and they can even share their pictures with me while being offline
when i log off and log in again i do't have them in my contact list
as if i never talked to them
i tried to do that with my ebuddy on my mobile phone but the same thing happens
please help me!

When you delete contacts from your contact list, it does not really delete,
what is the maximum number of contacts did you have on your messenger?
