Cannot change location of Document, Music, etc. folders

Hi, I'm trying to change the location of my Documents, Music, Pictures
and Videos folders to another drive, but when I right-click and choos
properties and then go to the Location tab, the "Restore Default,
"Move...," and "Find Target..." buttons don't appear

I've already tried turning UAC on and off, deleting the folders an
rebooting, and system restore

Any help would be greatly appreciated
