Cannot complete recovery disk

I have a Packard Bell easynote (new) that came with vista pre-installed. I
followed all instructions to create DVD rescue disk but at the last moment
of verifying the disk, I recieve a message.." disc was not created
correctly" and the option to retry. I have retried x 4 to no avail !! When
I check the disk,the files are there . Any help appreciated.Thanks.

You need to contact Packard Bell since this is their rescue disk
function, not Windows. When you are speaking to their tech support, it
would be wise to have them send you physical rescue disks because the
odds are good that some day you'll need them.
