Cannot connect to Domain

I have a Windows Server 2003 box setup and I created a Domain, I have the
DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory setup on it....As well as Exchange 2003. I
cannot get my Vista Laptop, Win 7 Laptop or Win 7 Desktop to connect to the
domain, I am getting the error: "The following error occurred attempting to
join the domain "PCR": The network path was not found. ...I can enter my
Username and Password for it which is setup with all admin access...

Any ideas or suggestions?

Is this SBS 2003 or just Windows Server 2003 as this newsgroup is really for
the former?
