Cannot connect to secure site after security update

I am running Windows ME and have not been able to access the Citicards site
since installing Security Updates on March 17. I can still access other
secure sites..such as Bank of America. So far, it seems that Citibank is the
only one I can't run. I have checked to make sure the SSL 2 and SSL 3 items
are checked in the security settings and have also run the regsvr32
softpub.dll. I've spoken to both Citibank and my DSL server/ISP and there is
no problem with either of them. Any idea on how to fix this? I really need
to check my charge card. :-)

Have run into this, also. Do you get a web.da-us.citibank.com can not be
found error message ?
Try deleting the Cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder via
Internet Options, click the Delete Cookies button.
Also, click the Delete Files button and put a check next to
Delete all offline content.

Put the Citibank site in the Trusted zone.
I *think* the error may be related to the javascript that Citi uses.
Apparrently it tries to refer to a previous Cookie.
