Have run into this, also. Do you get a web.da-us.citibank.com can not be
found error message ?
Try deleting the Cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder via
Internet Options, click the Delete Cookies button.
Also, click the Delete Files button and put a check next to
Delete all offline content.
Put the Citibank site in the Trusted zone.
I *think* the error may be related to the javascript that Citi uses.
Apparrently it tries to refer to a previous Cookie.
