Cannot connect via RDP after 905915 and 910437

After installing 905915 and 910437 3 out of 10 of our servers will not
allow remote desktop connections. It gives the error "The client could
not establish a connection to the remote computer". Does anyone know
why this would have happened? Any ideas on resolving it?
