Well,Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004 was sold only through OEMs and
presently none of the companies that sold MCE 2004 offer any such upgrade to
MCE 2005.
If you still like to upgrade your system to MCE 2005 then you have to
perform a clean installation with a fresh OEM copy of Windows XP Media
Center Edition 2005.
