Cannot copy file.. STARTOC.DLL

I cannot get beyond this point n the install. I have to cancel and the
install removes the installed files, ect restores and reboots to SP1. Some
log info....

Hi

I have no such file in my System32\setup\ folder. If the file exists
for you in that folder, I suggest you delete it and try again.
