Cannot create Restore Point - volsnap (ID:28) and VSS (ID:1228) Ev

Cannot create system restore points.

Get error

The restore point could not be created for the following reason:

The shadow copy provider had an error. Please see the system and
application event logs for more information. (0x80042306)

Please try again.


I have tried several times and also checked search engines for answers,
nothing seems to be available.
