Strange.maybe you have some bad blocks.Check your disk any good tool
for example
MHDD-> 'HDDGURU: MHDD
(http://hddguru.com/content/en/software/2005.10.02-MHDD/
HDD Regenerator->'Dmitriy Primochenko Online' (http://www.dposoft.net/

If do you use any other defragger for example Auslogic-> 'Auslogics
Speed Up Computer and Internet' (http://www.auslogics.com/en/
is the same effect

I use the same program. Make sure the defrag service is turned on. Do a Start
search for Services.... click on the COG icon. Scroll down to Tuneup Drive
Defrag Services and make sure it's on Manual or Automatic. If not double
click and change the right click for properties and "startup type".
