Cannot do Windows Update on different subnet(SUS)

there r many subnet in my office. say 192.168.1.0 , my sus
server is in this server, all the users in this subnet can
do a automatic windows udpates, but the users on
192.168.2.0 cannot get the windows update. Can some on
help me in this isssue, Bit Urgent
