Cannot download security updates

I have been unable to download and /or install security updates KB890175,
KB886185, KB885836, KB 885835, KB 873339. Installation failure code is
8007F0DA. Thanks for any help

Hi Tony,

Success at curing the 8007F0DA error has been noted after d/loading and
running MVP Torgeir Bakken's fixdb.bat file, available here:
http://www.michna.com/kb/WxSP2.htm#C...Service_Pack_2
Scroll down to the "Cryptographic service and related errors" section.

Hi Patti. Thank you for your help. I tried the Torgeir Bakken batch file
solution first and no luck. I then went to to the Cryptographic service and
related errors section. When I tried to rename the Edb.log file I received a
message "could not find the file". Tony M
