Cannot download updates 2

When I try to install the new windowsupdate utility from
windowsupdate.microsoft.com site....I get following error:

[Error Code: 0x80200010]
I don't know what to do.Help me.

This issue can be worked around by downloading and installing this hotfix

But, this hotfix only work with "Panda Antivirus Platinum Internet
Security 2005 v. 9.02.05", try disabled or uninstalling your antivirus /
firewall software and see if the issue gets solved

The error code means "BG E NETWORK DISCONNECTED"

You have to test if your Ethernet card or the internet connection, to
ensure they are working properly
