Cannot download windows update on my Gateway

I've been trying to download updates on my Gateway and everytime I visit the
site, I get the following message:

The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the
problem....

Does anyone have any ideas on what to try next?

No, I don't have a solution but I am having the same problem! Anyone out
there with more knowledge than us?

I am having the same problem too. I emailed customer support and if I figure
it out I will post it.

Any specific error? What OS?

I have the same response too ..... Any Help out there.... nothing is posted
