Cannot download XP Service Pack 2

Get error while the update is copying files:
"Cannot Copy the file cscript.exe"

Ensure that the location specified below (c:\windows\system32) is correct,
or change it and insert "Windows XP System Files" in the drive you specify.

Can anyone help?

Are you trying to update your system to XP SP2 via Windows Update (on-line)?
Many problems such as network connectivity and load could affect download.

Perhaps getting hold of the (free) XP SP2 CD would help speed things up?
Check that the CD is cleaned and not damaged if you are already at this stage.
