I meant to ask at the beta chat yesterday, do you know if this feature open
on all markets now?

Not 100%, but I believe it is limited to certain markets.

have to use NTFS file system to enable folder sharing

While sipping a glass of green tea, I read that John Jay Smith wrote in

Yeah, that will be one that doesn't have it, I believe it's to do with
the Australian laws regarding P2P. I'm just confirming that this is the
case.

Ok, there shouldn't be any markets that don't have Folder Sharing. So
next would be to check what DannyBoy suggested and make sure your
contact's system drive is NTFS. See this link for more info

Ill ask about the ntfs.. what about this?

from that blog page:

Well, I have another problem with Shared Folders on WLM. It (and fast file
transfers) won't work since both me and my friend is behind non-UPnP NATs
(in my case this is my decision as I wish to control port forwards by
myself). Since for instance Skype can use one single port for all
connections, why wouldn't WLM be able to do this as well and allow advanced
users to configure this port manually. This would save a lot of time for
both myself and many others.
