Cannot Find Aero

I am using Windows VISTA Home Premium 64 bit

I had selected Aero. under personalize Windows Colors and Appearance
Now when I open Colors and Appearance Aero is not available for selection.
For whatever reason I do not have Aero. I went back to Personalize and
attempted to select Aero but it is not available on the list of choices.

Therefore, I do not have the ability to have the 3D and cannot have use of
Windows Switcher

Please advise and thanks in advance for your support.

Hi,

Click start and type services.msc, then hit <enter> to open the services
dialog. Click continue when prompted. Scroll down to the Themes service and
double click it. Make sure the startup type is set to automatic and then
restart the service.

Hi Hank,

You might check that your display is set to 32 bit color.
