Cannot find files on CD since update.

The folder name I had b4 the update has been changed to "UDPReader" (or
something like this), and I cannot find any of my files. They're stil on my
CD because I checked them on my laptop (no cd writer, though, and I cannot
open them). How do I retrieve my files?

You can't read the disk in your CD drives? Are your drives recognized in
Windows Explorer or My Computer?
