Cannot find the iuhist.xml file in the WindowsUpdate\V4 folder

While I was trying to troubleshoot an automatic update error, I was trying to
find the iuhist.xml file, but it is not present at all in my WindowsUpdate\V4
folder. I am sure that i haven't (nor has anyone else) even by accident,
deleted it from the location.

But when i check the installation history link of the Windows Update page,
it shows the history correctly, of the updates on this pc. Isn't the missing
file the one that is supposed to have the history information ? Then how are
the details showing up correctly if it is missing ?

Am i looking at the wrong location ? I have the latest version of Windows
update installed (which i think is V5 by the URL of the page that opens for
windows update).

Please help me about this.

Windows Update V5 handles the history information differently than V4.
I believe the V4 history (iuhist.xml) file is deleted when switching to
V5.
