Cannot Find Server or DNS Error

Hi:

I am running windows 98 version 2. I keep getting cut off from the internet
server. There is no error code number only "Cannot Find Server or DNS error.
I am being cut off while on E-Bay and while sending E-Mail, right in the
middle of doing something and having to start over again. It is very time
consumming and frustrating! I thought at first it was my server cutting me
off, but now believe it to be some setting within Internet explorer. Can
anyone help solve this problem?
