As a follow-up to this question, I have managed to uninstall the previous
Activesync, but on the reinstall it stalls one segment from the end of the
progress bar. I have left it there for over an hour and it has not moved.
Pressing cancel does not close the window. I have to force a reset to
continue. I have tried several times with the same result.
