Cannot gain access

Win XP with SP2 installed.
When I click on Help ans Support and System Information I cannot gain
access to those resources. I receive no error message, I get a wait
indicator(cursor) for a second or two then nothing.

Try d/loading and running Doug Knox's fixwinxphelp.vbs to repair Help and
Support:
http://dougknox.com/xp/scripts_desc/fixwinxphelp.htm
You will probably receive a "malicious code" warning when you attempt to
d/load the file, due to the fact that it is a .vbs file.....there is nothing
malicious in Doug Knox's files, they are quite safe to d/load.

Patti, thanks for the info. I loaded it reboted the system and I still have
the same problem. Any other info is appreciated.
