cannot get MS Update to connect.

I cannot get MS Update to connect. I get Error number: 0x80072EFD. I
shutdown the Firewall and I put the address into the Trusted Zones and the
update will not connect. How do I update if I cannot connect.

Could be a network issue. Please see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/836941
to try to troubleshoot it using the steps provided (steps 1 to 6)
