Cannot get net send message

I updated WindowsXP SP2 at my computer but after install i cannot get net
send message form other computer, Any config at friewall to go to get net
send message?

If you have the firewall enabled, and haven't allowed exceptions, it's the
firewall - or the messenger service is stopped/disabled. Check both.

Hi Man,

You will need to change the Startup type for the Messenger service to either
Manual or Automatic and then Start the service........by default, SP2
disables this service.
