cannot get validation after refomatting

i have had to reset my computer to factory settings and to obtain updates the
website cannot get validated to obtain sp1 and 2 please help

Please download and install the following (WGA Hotfix). Afterward, restart your
computer and hopefully the issue will be resolved.
