I cannot get Windows Server 2003 SP2 to download and install.

For some reason I cannot get Windows Server 2003 SP2 to download and install
on a new server. It always fails with Error Code 0x8007F0F4. I have not had
trouble getting any other updates to install on this server. When I try to
look for this error, I only see it occured with Windows XP on tablet PC's.
Any ideas?

0x8007F0F4 = Setup cannot continue because one or more pre-requisites
required to install failed. For More details check the Log File.
Update.exe can throw this error when it starts to download if the
computer is running under battery power (there may be a fix for this in
the future)

Is the Server running on battery power ? Highly doubtful <w>

Perhaps consulting Svcpack.log will reveal what 'pre-requisistes' are
needed ?

I had the same problem, make sure that the Distributed Transaction
Coordinator (MSDTC) service is NOT disabled. (All 3)

Hi Mike - or whoever may have the answer :-)

Which file did you download to overcome this issue and from where? There
seems to me to be some ambiguity about which file is required.
