I use windows Vista Premium,

1)Once downloaded Live MSN it worked well for few days then the button which
hide the top bar disappeared and so the option to hide it in the tools. I
tryed to uninstall/download again/reinstall but the situation was the same.
It seems that uninstalling and reinstalling it keeps the settings, and so the
problem.

2)The audio it works but i can't set the volume in the conversations, the
button on the right of the conversation it works but has no effect. In the
audio options it is set at minimum, if I drag it up when I release the mouse
button it goes down again.

Is there a way to solve those problems? Or could it be possible to
definetely uninstall Live MSN, so that reinstalling iy Icould start from the
beginning without any previous setting or problem?

Thanks and sorry for the bad english, I'italian.
