cannot install itunes 7.5

cannot install itunes 7.5 get a message that says: This installation package
could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access
it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows
Installer package.

Right click the iTunes setup icon and click 'Run as Administrator'.
Otherwise, download the file again.

I have said it before and I will say it again. iTunes for Windows sucks
compared to the Windows version. Apple tried to just port over iTunes from
the OS X version and it is buggy. It will run fine on 1 machine and not on
another. If you must use iTunes they try as suggested already and Run as
Admin. If not get the best iPod application out there.

Anapod Explorer. It may cost money but it is the best Windows app for
iPods.

Huh? You're comparing it against itself...

Sorry I meant to say the Windows Version sucks compared to the OS X version.
In OS X iTunes is very responsive and reacts very quickly. In OS X it is a
great app to use. Which I know is common sense since it was desigend for OS
X. But the Windows version is just a crappy port.
