Cannot Install KB835732

Hello. I have recently upgraded a clients computer from windows 2000 to
XP Pro. Installation went real smooth with auto-updating until reached
' Security Update for Windows XP (KB835732) '.

I installed it the first time along with the other 16 that it came
with, rebooted. Then went back to windowsupdate.com expecting to get
SP2 and it had this ' Security Update for Windows XP (KB835732) ' in
the listSo I installed that. Rebooted.. Come back and what do you know
there it is again. So I try to remove it from add/remove programs and
reinstall. I have downloaded it directly from the windows update
catalog. I manually took the entries out of the registry and
re-installed. Seems like I have done everything.

But it still asks me to install it every time and its keeping me from
installing SP2.

I have read several other posts in this newsgroup and others and none
of the solutions have worked. The C:\Program Files\Netmeeting folder is
intact and has not been tampered with and I have even tried copying the
contents of my own personal machine's pf\netmeeting folder and reboot.
Still wants that security update to protect me from the Sassa
worm(which is great... when it works).

I would be most grateful if anyone could give me a solid solution. Its
