Cannot install KB898461

Like lots of others cannot instal this update.
Get message 'Setup error' and then, 'Setup canceled'.
Changing
'c:\windows\system32\spupdsvc.exe'
to
'c:\windows\system32\spupdsvc.old'
did not help either.
Ideas welcome please!
