Cannot install latest Windows Updates (Vista)

I have been trying unsuccessfully for several days to install 5 updates
published on 1/8/2008. They are:

1. Security Update for Windows Vista (KB941644)
2. Update for Windows Vista (KB935509)
3. Update for Windows Mail Junk E-mail Filter [January 2008] (KB905866)
4. Update for Windows Vista (KB943302)
5. Update for Windows Vista (KB943899)

I get the error code 80070003 for all of them. I have gone through the
process of turning off Windows Updates, deleting the temporary files, and
turning on the updates again. This did not solve my problem. I also renamed
the SoftwareDistrubution folder so that it would have to be rebuilt but that
also did not work. Is anyone else having problems with these updates or what
else can I do to get them to install?

When you call, clearly state that your problem is the inability to reach and
install updates via Automatic Updates in Vista. Tell them what you see in
Event Viewer.
