Cannot install Office Home and Student on XP Home E Version 2002,

Attempts to install Office H&S 2007 on Compaq laptop fail. Attempts to
upgrade SP1 from MS downloads fails. I currently have Student & Teacher 2003
installed. Can J use H & S 2007? Will an upgrade work? Thanks, Johnny

You are more likely to receive an answer in a newsgroup concerning Microsoft
Office.
