Cannot install Security update - HELP

I tried to install a security update and it fails repeatedly. It is:

Security Updare for Microsoft.Net Framework, Version 1.1 Service Pack 1
KB928366

Can someone out there help me with this?

Never mind - found the answer in post below called "Security Update
KB928366." The post that helped me was from Steve, dated 7/12/2007
