Cannot install update

Cannot install Update Rollup 2 for Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005
(KB900325). Update history shows: Installation Failure Error Code: 0x643.
Cannot find anything in MS Knowledge Base or on internet that solves problem.

Thank you very much!!! The advice on the blog did the trick. FYI...Media
Center Ident was already set to 3.0, so I changed it to 4.0 and the update
installed. Now it will let me install Media Player 11.

I have another proble with the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1
update, but I'll post a new thread for that.
