Cannot install updates for my Windows 98 Second Edition system.

When I try to download the crtical updates, the download screen comes up; but
I see there is no progress in the download and I waited at least 30 seconds
and nothing came up. Help???

Hello Alex,
Are you turning off your anti-virus program before down loading ?
What type of connection are you using ? Best of luck to you.

Good luck! When I try to download the crtical update, I get a Fatal
Exception error OD at 014F:00004D54, what ever that means.
