It is build 7100 for RC. According to this article:

Beta is 7000 and does not support Virtual PC.
Yes, virtualization is enabled in BIOS. I don't know if something else is
required, but I do know that in the past I was running Virtual PC on my
machine. I don't remember what version it was, but it was after 2007, I
bought my PC in 2008.
I wonder - if I install an older version of Virtual PC - will it work with
Windows XP mode? I guess I have to try.
I would buy the full version of Windows Ultimate, sooner or later I'll have
to do it anyway, but I'm not sure is it will work either.
