Cannot install Vista x64

Hi everyone. I'm having problems installing Vista OEM x64 on my machine.
I'm doing fresh install and boot from Vista x64 DVD. First it copy
installation files to temporary folder, then when the visual vista theme
appear, it tooks VERY long time before it pop up language and keyboard
selection. After i make my selection, it says initializing... then
nothing happens even i left it for over an hour. Anyone knows what
happen?

My machine:
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 2200 MHz
Socket AM2 (940)
MMX (+), 3DNow! (+), SSE, SSE2, SSE3, x86-64
Motherboard Asus M2NPV-VM
Northbridge NVIDIA GeForce 6150 rev. A2
Southbridge NVIDIA nForce 410/430 MCP rev. A3
2x512 MB Kingston DDR2 533 MHz (Dual channel 128-bits)
**-PCI-E ATI Radeon x1600-
**-PCI Creative Soundblaster Audigy 4-

Currently i'm running XP x64 with no problem at all...

Hi,

Check BIOS revision, and make sure boot-time protection is disabled in the
system BIOS. You may also want to temporarily remove the sound card.
