Here's what you wrote:

Although the information is for XP/OE, it may be applicable in your
situation. If you need to register any .dll's, don't forget to run cmd
elevated in Vista.
1. Click Start
2. Type: cmd
3. Right-click cmd when it appears under Programs
4. Click Run As Administrator
