Cannot log on to Live Messenger. error code 80072745

I am not able to log on to Live Messenger. it gives an error "we were unable
to sign you into MSN Messenger , possibly because of a problem with your
Internet connection . Please try again later.Error code :80072745 "

Iam accessing internet through windows 2003 domain server. (DHCP server with
ISA server installed). iam able to access internet. I am not able to access
MSN messener or Yahoo messenger. I have not installed any Personal Firewall.
Norton Antivirus corporate edition is installed on the server and rolled out
to the client. i am not able to access MSN messneger from any of the client
in the Domain server. No user can access MSN messneger. I think it is a
problem with ISA proxy server. I am able to access my hotmail account and Web
messenger also. In the Advances Connection the HTTP Test does not show any
problem. But the TCP Test shows an error message "Connected. Verifying
ability to send data now.... failed. error 80072745"

I have the same problem please help

verify if windows live messenger is allowed through port 1863...
