From Michael:
Disable DEP in Vista:
Type or copy and paste this into an elevated command prompt window:

bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff

Hit enter and you should see the confirmation: Operation Completed
Successfully
Reboot and DEP should be off.

Use bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOn
to turn it back on.

You don't tell us much!!

Have you attempted to install the 2nd one?
What names are they?

You can't uninstall something that is still running!

Right-click on the Anti-virus icon in the Taskbar, and see if you can
disable it from there. Then uninstall it.

Or, go into Programs, and see if the program has its own uninstaller.

I would not disable a security feature as DEP.

You can modify it to suit your purpose. You have two options when you
get there (DEP):

START > Control Panel > SYSTEM > System Protection > Advanced >
Settings..(Performance heading) > Data Execution Prevention (DEP). From
here, study your options. Click (How does it work?)...and learn.
