I'm so sorry but you just haven't given us enough information to help you.
In addition, we seem to have a language issue. I say this not to offend you
in any way, but if English isn't your native language you may wish to post
in one of the many newsgroups that are. It's hard giving and getting
technical information in writing; doing so in a different language can be
extremely difficult.
